It’s important to us that our clients feel fully informed and confident when working with us. That’s why we’ve made an extensive list of past clients’ questions along with answers from our experienced team. REFUND FOR PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

 

 

Refunds for physical merchandise must be requested in 7 days of product being delivered

Must be returned in its original packaging

Must be in like new condition

There is no refund on shipping & handling

Refund will be given in 3 business day. Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to process this request 

 

 

REFUND FOR ONLINE COURSES

 

We respectfully decline refunds  for courses due to the nature of the product

You may reschedule within 72 hours from the date of the live online course 

Refunds will be given for inability/technical errors in accessing the course 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to process the request

 

 

REFUND FOR LIVE WEBINARS, LIVE MEET & GREET

LIVE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, CONSULTATIONS & COACHING, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

 

We respectfully decline refunds  for live events ( either in person, online or telecommunications).

You may reschedule within 24 hours from the date of any consultation, webinar or coaching session

 

 

REFUND FOR WEBSITE

We respectfully decline refunds for any creative/intelligence projects. 

2 Free revisions are granted. Every revision is $475 dollars thereafter.  

 

 

 

REFUNDS FOR BUSINESS ENTITIES

 

We respectfully decline refunds for  business entity filings. If you have an error or would like to change your business information. a 100 dollar assessment fee will be charged ( not all filings can be undone so be sure to double check your submission. I will provide you several opportunities to double check. DO NOT BYPASS those opportunities. They are there to protect you.
